Learn About My Story

My name is Clint Evans, and I never once thought I would be a Minister or work with differently abled persons. But that's where God works best, in the unexpected. I never could have imagined the life of Ministry that God has blessed me with and I am glad He knows better than me.
I Received my Bachelor's degree in 2015 from St. Louis Christian College where I majored in Psychology and Theology. This is also the place where I was introduced to my best friend and ministry partner, my wife Julie (pictured right). It was here that I took an internship working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. When I began working in homes, night after night I became close to the many families I was blessed to serve. It was there I learned of the relatively quiet issue of marginalization from attending Church many families of those with special needs felt and I wanted to do something about it. I then entered into a Master's degree program at Lindenwood University where I obtained a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis in May of 2017. In August of 2017 I obtained my certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and have since been practicing in the field. I have also been the Pastor of Sparta Christian Church in Sparta, Illinois for over two and a half years.
I feel God has led me to these two platforms to give a voice to many families who need advocacy for joining the local church body in corporate worship and to help the local church by offering education and support in this area. It is my blessing to serve others. Thank you for joining with us and continue sharing the Good News of Christ and reaching out to the special needs community.
